Hermès’ Men’s Spring/Summer 24 runway show, curated and mixed by Thierry Planelle, was a rich display of elegance. While being faithful to its unparalleled simplistic aesthetic, the French Maison also flirted with more sensual looks and daring pieces not often associated with summer times, striking a fine balance between remaining unmistakably classy and being exquisitely modern. In the words of artistic director Véronique Nichanian, “The summer is serene and joyful, the air is cool, the allure is unequivocally sensual.” 

Such a perfect display of good taste was carefully soundtracked by a mix of electronic tracks characterized by a sensual and chic touch, including the dreamy melodies of Bibio’s “Off Goes The Light”; the soulful vocals and intricate rhythms of Brandt Brauer Frick feat Azekel’s “In Your Head Now”; the alternative art pop of Delilah Holliday’s “Silent Streets”; and finally the emotive and dreamy dance track Dusky & Janai’s “Lost in you”, remixed by Matthew Herbert.
